AML is pleased to announce the production of PRR 4-6-2 locomotive in
live steam. The Pennsylvania Railroad’s K4 Pacific was one of the
largest and most of successful classes of “Pacific” among the railways
of the world. Line production began in 1914. Eventually 425 K4 were
built. The standard colour was dark green. The PRR painted ten K4s
Pacific Tuscan Red in 1927. #5409 was one of the engines painted tucsan
red. The models are internally butane gas fired and are constructed from brass, stainless steel and die-cast metal. Each boiler is individually tested and certified. Each model is handcrafted with experienced live steam modelers. |
